Introduction: Achieving safer environment and cleaner energy through efficient and cost-effective processes, products and services are greatly desirable considering the quest for sustainability. Sustainable management of our natural resources is vital for economic and social development. We invite interested participants from academia, industry and government to join the discussions on the theme of this meeting which is highly multi-disciplinary.
